The aim of this website it to bring you branded products at the lowest possible price. Shopping on-line at Flooring-Exposed.com for your underlays and flooring accessories is becoming increasingly popular as consumers have greater confidence with the security of our site, the huge savings that they enjoy over retail store prices and the fast and efficient delivery service we provide.

We are an online home shopping specialist of carpet, wood/laminate underlays and flooring accessories and are therefore able to offer you a vast range of products, delivered direct to your door with savings of up to 85% off major retail store prices. 

We offer our customers a wealth of information regarding our products to make the process of purchasing from our site both straightforward and enjoyable. Our aim is to ensure that you, our customers are confident that you have purchased the correct products at the most competitive prices available.

We hold large stocks of all our products in our 16,000 sq.ft warehouse.  This large stockholding enables us to keep the manufacturers prices down to a minimum and these savings are passed on to you.

Unlike other retailers we do not have a minimum order value and we do not advertise so called “cheaper prices” which are then subject to VAT and delivery charges at the checkout. 

All our prices include VAT and FREE NEXT DAY  delivery (zones A & B) on all orders over £25.00 (*Please see our delivery page for further information)

Returns and refunds policy
If you are not satisfied with the order you have received from us you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery at your cost and risk. We will exchange or refund the sales price of any unused items returned to us, as sold in their original condition, we cannot refund delivery charges. Before returning items please telephone us during opening hours or send us an email stating your reason. Once we have received back the items in their original condition we shall process your refund.

If we arrange the return of non-faulty goods to us, then the cost price of the return carriage will be deducted from the refund due to you.

Please ensure that you have received and checked your order in full before arranging any fitters, as we will not be held responsible for any fitting or call out charges.

If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery, we will exchange the items or issue a full refund to you.

Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order.

If we are unable to supply any of the goods ordered and you are unwilling to accept a delay in delivery we shall offer an immediate refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent representation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
